- On November 2, the Sixth Grade will travel to St. Mark's High School for a Vocation Awareness Rally. Permission slips were sent home on Monday, 10/26. Please return permission slips by THURSDAY, OCTOBER 29. Students will be given pizza for lunch. If your child does not like pizza, he or she may bring a bag lunch.
- Scholastic book orders were given out on 10/21 to those students interested in ordering. I ask that these orders be submitted by November 20. There are TWO ways to order:
- 1. scholasticbookclub.com ... our class code is: P99LW
- 2. Send in a CHECK (made out to Scholastic Book Club) to Miss Derr. Please note that NO cash will be accepted.
- Thanks to Mrs. Schock and the Sixth Grade homeroom parents, the sixth graders will enjoy an afternoon of Halloween fun on Friday, October 30. Information was sent to students via email. Please email Mrs. Schock if you have questions!
- Thanksgiving food closet donations begin on October 27 if you would like to donate to the less fortunate this holiday season. Sixth grade is being asked to bring in boxed cookies (of any kind).
- Winter uniform begins November 2. All students must have buck shoes, long pants, sweaters/vest.
