K - 8 CURRICULUM and INSTRUCTION

Curriculum Guidelines are provided by the Diocese of Wilmington in alignment with the State of Delaware
standards.  Each school year begins with a “Back to School Night” orientation meeting for teachers to explain
their course requirements and answer parent questions.

Each teacher of our Kindergarten, first grade and second grade has a full-time aide; intermediate and middle
school grades share three full-time aides. The faculty includes four full-time parallel teachers who provide
small group instruction in reading and math for all grades.
